Curriculum

The Inspector Training School offers a 10-week and 14-week program.

The 14-week program is offered in the fall and the spring at NHLA headquarters in Memphis, Tenn. while the 10-week program is offered in the summer and is typically held off-site.

Over the past few years, NHLA has partnered with other institutions of higher learning to offer the 10 week summer program. The course locations for the past three years have been Oil City, Pennsylvania at Clarion University’s Venango Campus (2009), Greenville, Michigan at Montcalm Community College M-Tec (2010) and Antigo, Wisconsin at Northcentral Technical College (2011).

Tuition

Tuition for the 14-week program is $2,500 and supplies are an additional $104. The school is officially approved by the Veteran’s Administration to administer GI Bill benefits. For complete information about fees and refunds, see the Inspector Training School Catalog.

The NHLA Inspector Training School is a member of the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).
